User Data Deletion Instructions

Gravliq Studio values your data privacy. In compliance with the Meta Platform Developer Policies, this page provides instructions on how you can remove your activities and request deletion of all associated data.

How to Delete Your Data from Gravliq Studio

If you want to delete your activities and data associated with Gravliq Studio and your Instagram account, you can do so by following these simple steps:

Option 1: Disconnect Through Your Gravliq Studio Dashboard (Instant)

  1. Sign in to your account at studio.gravliq.com/sign-in.
  2. Select your workspace and navigate to the Overview page.
  3. In the Instagram connection panel, click Disconnect account.
  4. Your stored encrypted access token is discarded immediately and Gravliq Studio stops processing events from that account.

Option 2: Revoke Access in Instagram Settings

  1. In Instagram, open Settings and go to Apps and websites.
  2. Find Gravliq Studio in the list of apps you have connected.
  3. Click Remove next to Gravliq Studio.
  4. Instagram then notifies Gravliq Studio, which disconnects the account, discards the stored access token and erases the cached comment and message activity for that account.

Option 3: Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request

To request complete deletion of all user records, workspace data, activity logs, and automation history across our systems:

  • Send an email to privacy@gravliq.com.
  • Include the email address associated with your Gravliq Studio account and your Instagram business handle.

We will confirm your deletion request by email within 48 hours and erase all records from our primary databases and backup archives within 30 days.

If you have already submitted a data deletion request and wish to check its status, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@gravliq.com referencing your deletion request ticket.
