Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Gravliq Studio is operated by Gravliq Labs (“Gravliq Labs,” “we,” or “us”), based in Hazaribag, Jharkhand, India. By accessing or using the Gravliq Studio website, API, or services (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with Gravliq Labs. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of Official Meta Platform APIs

Gravliq Studio integrates exclusively with Meta's official Instagram Platform APIs (the Instagram API with Instagram Login) for Instagram professional accounts. By connecting your Instagram account to Gravliq Studio:

• You agree to comply at all times with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
• You represent that you are an authorized administrator of the Instagram professional or creator account you connect.
• You acknowledge that Meta reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access at any time pursuant to its own platform governance.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gravliq Studio to:

• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or deceptive phishing links.
• Send harassment, hate speech, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content to Instagram users.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent Meta's 24-hour customer messaging policy or Gravliq Studio rate limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or harvest personal data from the Service or Instagram platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes grounds for immediate termination of your account and revocation of all workspace access without refund.

4. Multi-Tenant Workspaces & Role Access

Gravliq Studio provides multi-tenant workspaces with role-based access control (RBAC):

• Workspace Owners: Maintain sole authority over workspace deletion, subscription billing, and ownership transfers. Workspaces must always retain at least one designated Owner.
• Admins: Authorized to create, modify, and delete automation rules, invite team members, view unified inbox messages, and manage Instagram connections.
• Members & Viewers: Granted granular read/reply permissions according to their assigned tier.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Gravliq Studio offers a free Starter plan and the paid Creator, Growth and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed in advance every month, in Indian Rupees through Razorpay (UPI and cards) and, where offered, in US dollars through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts you pay.

• Introductory pricing: A workspace pays the introductory price for the first 12 billing months of its first paid plan. Within 30 days of its first payment it may also move to one higher plan once at that plan's introductory price. After that, regular prices apply, and the introductory price cannot be claimed again by cancelling and re-subscribing.
• Upgrades: An upgrade takes effect immediately, and your previous subscription is ended. The unused part of your current billing period is refunded in proportion to the amount you paid, to your original payment method. Refunds under ₹20 are not issued.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your workspace dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Apart from upgrade refunds, we do not refund partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, your plan may be suspended until payment succeeds.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Gravliq Studio is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravliq Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. Gravliq Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, API downtime, or changes in third-party platform policies.
